Meh, just factor $2500 into your purchase price to do the RB's preventatively on the E93 M3... It's far from a deal breaker.
Also, if you think an E93 M3 might not be fast enough or torquey enough, the E46 M3 vert is downright pathetic. I've driven one many times, it is legitimately slowwwww. And doesn't sound anywhere near as nice as the S65 motor.
