Got a message on my machine from BMW saying to please call them back because they
'need to speak to me about my car' ... for a moment I expected the worst, especially after these last messages! But it turns out they just needed to ask if they could keep the car overnight. I picked it up this morning & they had replaced my pollen filter, some clips & also tweaked the front wings for good measure to try and remove any cabin noise. No issues with the warranty and it was all covered, I drove home with a shiny clean car very relieved.
.. only problem being they haven't fixed the cabin noise! (obviously)
