So after letting my headlight bask in the sun all day yesterday, there have been 0 signs of condensation since. Driving around at night with the sub 40 degree weather, hosing it down today and nothing.
This is the first time I can actually say I'm pleased with these lights. Umnitza had actually done a good job on the original reseal...if only the cap on the back of the headlight had been installed correctly, none of this would have happened.
For once I'm happy, and it appears I can finally move on with these headlights.
