The interface of the app (which costs 2.49) isn't bad, isn't great either. You operate the Tracker by sending SMS messages to it, it's all a bit lo-fi and basic but certainly gets the job done effectively.
It's really easy to use and I had it setup and running in about 20 minutes after charging. Even the "questionable if it's English" manual isn't too bad to understand.
It has a pretty strong magnet that you can affix to plenty of places in the car.
All in all, I'm happy with it for 100 but suspect I could have found the same functions for cheaper.

I would not mind paying bit extra to have UK based distributor and support for 12 months.
If you buy cheap Chinese, they are variable. Some of them hardly work.
