Indeed, I did not see any overheating or power loss issues. I just get bit concerned when the oil temps get past the 250F mark, that's all.

So back to my original question: is there a setrab oil cooler that will bolt up directly to our factory oil cooler plumbing? Improved oil cooler efficiency combined with better airflow should definitely improve things.
