In Toronto; cops stop at a red, turn on their flashers, plow through said red, turn off their flashers and continue on their merry way. It's disgusting the stunts they pull and then issue you a ticket for an 'illegal right' because of traffic calming streets (you know, the ones without any schools, community centres or anything that warrants calmer traffic).
