hi guys I have a 2010 e90 - the circular (half dome) shaped knob where you control the headlight (high beam, off, halos only) which is located to near the bottom left of the steering wheel, seemed to be mismatched with the actual knob on the inside. I think the glue that attached the outer cap melted during a hot day and so now when I turn the knob to my desired light option it isn't matched up. its sort of just rotating loosely. does anyone know the appropriate procedure to remove the cap portion carefully? thanks
