Yes you are correct...I was referring to the aftermarket LED replacement rings for the Angel rings...Here are mine coded to 0C,9F. The picture was taken in the middle of the afternoon..IMO as long as they are LED bulbs or rings increasing the voltage is fine but on the OEM bulbs I would advise against it..
