Some of the common problems are
You did not open ista from the Admin Login.
This is especially true in Win 10
To run as Admin try right clicking on the icon then
select run as admin.
Other errors Process error or Method not found indicates not all the Microsoft
C++ executable s are not installed on your PC.
I think you need netframework 4.7 or better to.
