Unfortunately the CA can often give a dealership a bad rep... deserved or not.
That said the dealership should be on top of this.
Last time I was there is 3 years ago & felt like they couldn't be bothered giving me the time of day.
Even though they are the closest dealer to my office, I haven't returned while shopping for my E92 335.
