I had a 325d from the dealer for a day and loved it, so the 330d should be even better. Not far off your spec either: http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=68600

Only trouble is that it's probably at the dealer's PDI centre in Tewkesbury! Haven't had a call from them and the guys at work that live there think it should have stayed above water, so fingers crossed.
