Do you have a data cable or Bluetooth connector to the jb4?
After the four blinks do you go into map4? If yes then...
You will not get an error code for this as you have experience. You will need to download the jb4 app and connect it to the jb4. Then go to settings > user adjustment. Scroll to the bottom "Last Safety", this will tell you why you've been kicked into map4.
Also I highly recommend getting a back end flash for the jb4. It retains the safety features l, allows jb4 to control your meth flow as I am using it, but with the benefit of a custom flash.
