Glad to hear they reached out. I've never had any dealings with Tischer (though I've read very good things about them) but I will tell you that the best car buying experience I've ever had was with Passport BMW. Maybe I just got a good salesman who needed to make a deal but he was honest, straightforward and delivered exactly what we discussed. Absolutely no surprises.
Personally, I'd probably head back to Tischer if they have the car you want and you feel they've made things right...but if you don't feel that way, PM me and I'll give you my salesman's info. Like I said - best car buying experience I've ever had.
