Zachl04, what sensor did you end up using? I just went through some low side fuel pressure issues and a new sensor fixed it, though I used the upgraded sensor and adapter from FCP.

Did you ensure the sensor was connected properly? There's a very short wire where one end connects to the sensor and the other end plugs into the distribution block underneath the throttle body. I'd suggest inspecting that wire; test for continuity, check that the wires aren't broken and that the pins are in the connector, and check that it's properly plugged into the sensor and the distribution block.
I misread that part, I thought he only changed the lpfp. I'm having a hard time reading the log as well, but it looks like partial throttle his soft term fuel trims jump and he starts to run lean based on his AFR
