Yep, i would definitely recommend finding a shop and test fitting. Also with at least an e92 (since were about similiar height and weight) make sure that you get s low as possible of a seat mount. With a helmet on my head almost touches the headliner on my car.
Support wise youll need a tight seat.
Comfort wise most of the seats out there are the same, but maybe slightly looser is better on daily driving(though i would much rather tough it out and get a tighter fitting one for the track to be more planted)
Main reason i keep mentioning a tight seat is with stock/wide seats you end up using your left foot to keep yourself stable on the track while with a tighter seat you arent as much.
