spark plugs just replaced and vanos solenoids cleaned to no avail and oil change has been done regularly
since its random misfire, I kind of doubt it coils or injectors cause they wouldn't all go bad at once
and also I think alot of common issues would trigger specific codes maybe

Misfires are usually caused by plugs /coils or even injectors.
Read the codes to find out which cylinders misfiring, then swap coils to rule them out first.
