I also have a maintenance tab that I keep updated. I think it also shows that you cared for the car as most people don't document or even keep track of the maintenance they have performed on the car.
Example of how I do it. I do put in cost because you can say during the sale, "I have invested over 3k in maintenance which I have documented over the X number of years you have owned the car." It also lets you document when modifications have been done.
So one tab listing all mods and then another with maintenance/mod log so if you wanted to show the labor costs for the mods to be installed you could. Again allowing you to say the mods cost me 8k, I spend 3k getting them installed. I think 1/4 of that is a fair price to pay over the stock blue book value. Or however you want to spin it. I'm in sales i think about this stuff constantly.

Just an example of how I do it. I know I would be more likely to pay a seller's asking price if everything is well documented etc. Not hiding anything.
