997 turbo/Turbo S/GTS or 991 GTS. The 991.1 generation with an aftermarket exhaust sounds way better than stock and makes a huge difference. Highly recommend driving a 997 car if you haven’t yet, they feel substantially different than the 991. I had a 997.2 C4S that wasn’t insanely fast (4.0-ish 0-60) but was a lot of fun and the car is the perfect size.
GT4 or Boxster Spyder, 718 4.0. The 981 GTS is a lot of fun but not all that fast, 4.3-ish 0-60
F430 is a little over your budget but should also hold its value really well
