I actually used an audio book - listened to it in the car.
The book is part motivational, part education, part de-programming.
Its odd, because the book bangs on about a 'technique' to quit smoking but there isn't actually one - but by the end of it you've kind of been 'un-brainwashed' from wanting to smoke - it talks a lot about habit and addiction and breaking the cycle.
Its a good listen/read and the success stats are very impressive. I'd definitely recommend it.
