I don't believe they were trying to mislead you. I believe it was just a mistake on behalf of whoever entered the info into the website's system.
I've dealt with ECS tuning on many different occasions and have nothing but good things to say. They're very honest if they make a mistake / will right it if you follow up with them.
Their prices aren't bad too!
edit: Just saw your post. Glad to hear they're living up to the reputation I've come to expect from them
Prob my first choice on companies to buy parts from to be honest.
