Then it is probably your steering angle sensor. It wither needs to be cleaned in accordance to the my 2 cents diy or needs replacing. When you get those 4 lights and cruise doesn't work it's msot likely shot. Have you hooked up the car to inpa to see what codes are popping up?
I know people have said battery. Speed sensor on front wheels, etc. But I bet you it's the steering angle sensor behind the steering wheel.
