Yes they are... I did try to capture the serial number / oem tag but due tot the reduced quality on here it's hardly visible.
All of the clips are still intact and in good condition, as is the grill.
I would say roughly £5-6 postage depending on where you live. I am in Manchester if you wanted to collect.
