The problem ended up being the front drive shaft u-joints were finished. I'm currently driving with only RWD and there is no sound.

Front axles are dirt cheap. Get them replaced. Replace the front diff output seals while at it.
Be sure to use OE C clip pins. Aftermarket shafts may come with C clip pins too large and can jam between the spline teeths. The C Clips and splines have to be lubed heavily during install. You will need someone to hold the shaft straight while another use a heavy mullet to hammer it in place.
Not too much force is needed though. If you need a lot of force, C-clip came off the notch.
