I always watch shows on TV about drug dealers and one time a level headed guy was caught. He told the cops how he was just trying to hustle while saving money to get out of the "game"
I wonder why more people don't do this. Some were making like $500-$1000 per day cash. Save for a year or two. Buy a place away from the hole that will suck you back in, and then semi-retire. (Or maybe they do and those are just the stories we don't see)
They need to read some financially independent retire early blogs about frugality, haha. Many grow up not having much, therefore, it will not take much to achieve 4x annual spending.
