I don't think it could make much difference, but both mr. 5 & me have some M3 suspension bits in addition to the BMW Performance dampers & springs.
We both have the "old" kit, so it's possible that the new one has different (T4 rather than T3) front springs.
I have no explanation for the driver/passenger side asymmetry mr. 5 has; mine are very close. I am considering a lightweight battery but I'm stock now. Minimal washer fluids, but surely that can't change anything.
For photos we should develop a standard protocol. I suggest 5' from wheels straight on at center hub height (~ 13.5") on level (measured) surface.
