You'd get more than $23k. KBB is great, but isn't always 100% accurate. I've got a guy offering me $23k at mine (don't want to sell yet). Exact same as yours but 49k miles.
Now that doesn't mean you'll get more, but it's worth putting it up for maybe $24.5k
