Lip is damaged but still usable, it is painted Alpine White.

UPDATED: Price is 300$ shipped anywhere in the U.S.

The lip has damaged carbon fiber and paint. Their are 2 hairline paint cracks. You will not see the cracks until you bend down and look really close. From a distance you will not notice anything.
