Yes, that's what all these vendors are selling, & what you would get when buying off the forum. This is the compact spare that everyone uses. You could pick one up at a salvage yard too, but make sure tire size is I stated above.
There isn't a compact spare tire made for the later 3 series...

Note the disclaimer in the explanation and then disregard it (just as they state) - they have to say that as it is not 'specifically' made for 3 series, but take my word for it - they work just fine & have correct diameter to match other wheels/tires for X Drive system safety.
