First mod I did was junk the RFT's for Michelin PSS. Next I installed KW Series 1 coil-overs.
After much research, I sprang for a Quaife LSD. The car was transformed, and handled like a dream.

Recently with 85,000 miles, the back end shimmied, and the car felt looser. I have since replaced the KW's with a set of KW Series 2, had M3 guide rods, trailing arms, bushings, and sway bars installed, and it feels like a new car now. Much tighter, and more planted. Very happy I did such extensive work, especially after the miles on the car built up.
