Closing the loop on this for others. Seller sold the car to his friend for $12k before I could check it out.
I confirmed with the dealer that the car had original turbos and injectors. HPFP was replaced during the recall. I think this went for more money than it should have, with the local dealer saying he wouldn't pay more than $10k-$11k for it.
