woke up feeling good this morning..beautiful day, car was ready to go for a nice drive. Hit a small detour. I went to go get gas at my usual shop, had another $15 in gas to get when all of a sudden I hear a tire squeal and gas attendant screaming.
I look out my rear view and see what is later determined a newer A6 missing my rear bumper by what felt like millimeters. Next I hear the crash. All in a matter of seconds, I look out my passenger window and it's clear:
Driver says she hit the gas instead of the brake, but was still going well over 40mph. It was later determined she was under the influence. No injuries believe it or not, including myself, and the gas attendant, but i've had a hell of a day..be safe everyone and thank god for another day!!
