One of the comments I hear most frequently is how delicious this exhaust sounds. The irony is that sound and tone were NOT part of the design spec for this system.

For this video, the system was fully cat-less, with ceramic-coated AA headers, SS test pipes, Vibrant 1142 resonator, and Coast Fabrication muffler. The Y-merge is a venturi design, and the tubing aft of the merge is 20 gauge 321 alloy stainless. The tips are Inconel. Configured this way, there is audible rasp around 2k - 3k RPM. It was fine when I was single, not so much afterwards...

For grins, there's a second video of a Dundon GT3 exhaust. Skip to 3:10 if you want the loud button, and watch your volume.

An exhaust with primary or even just secondary cats will be noticeably less raucous than this one.
