I just had both the 1)blow motor wiring harness and 2)pcv blow by heater recall performed in Toronto Area. They scheduled just the blower motor but when I picked up my car they said the PCV blow by heater parts have arrived and did both!
I looked at the blower wiring harness, the wiring connector looks different, it is a 90 Deg sealed elbow. I see that they taped some wires. No issues with the work.
