Hey guys,

I have a 2007 BMW 328 w/sport package and came with stock tires of these sizes
front: 225/45R17 on 17x8 RIM
back: 255/40R17 on 17x8.5 RIM

i was looking to get a new set of Michelin Super Sport (keeping the stock RIMs) but Michelin SS doesn't come in those sizes. The closest is

front: 225/45R17
back: 245/45R17

the back wheels thus will be slightly lower (approx 4mm in radius) than the stock ones.

Can anyone tell me if this is exceptable configuration and what/if there's any negative performance imapct.
