People have a tendency in this forum, not to read what other write but
comment blindly. You say it's reasonable to me and I don't care about
the other side of his business which is customer service. And here is
what I wrote. Tell me which part isn't clear to you and where do you get
the idea from what I said, that I thought the other side of his business
which is customer service, was good:

"What he lied about is when he said he was going to ship them, when he
said he had already shipped them and when he actually did all that. Is he
a terrible businessman? No doubt about that. Did he handle this whole
thing in the worse possible way? You bet."
