Installing pads is quite easy...
Buy it online, and either DIY or pay a shop like $20...
I used to charge people that much; I really don't know what the market is now though.
Funny how I can change brake pads but not be sure how to install pedals :P lol
But they shouldn't charge too much for just pads...
