If it's built up gunky film then iso alchool to break it down first then you need preferably 2 microfibers. One to clean and wipe and a high quality drying/buffing one. I have a microfiber madness cloudbuster to give you an idea for my good one and costco ones for the cheapo cleaning one.
I also do the outline of a box shape then up down then side to side for my wiping technique. Always end up with clear glass.
