If you have small brake shoes 165mm and those rotors are from 330i or 335i and use 180mm large brake shoes so your parking brake won't function.

You car is e91 so is possible to have large parking brake kit from factory.

Single with 336mm will yield same or similar pedal feel with 2 piston 324mm

You can alter the bias with different pads. Don't worry much.
