The Hellcat is built for the straight line, as many comparison tests with the M4 will show, 1/4 mile and 0-60 are where it shines, but the M4 and other sports sedans outperform the Hellcat consistently on corners mainly because of the weight and driving characteristics. If you a drag racer, Hellcat or Demon etc. but if a more rounded machine you need, there are plenty of better options.

The ZL1 1LE, now there is a machine worth the $$. I just need 4 doors

A few months ago my lease for 335 came to an end and I was looking at a sports car just for me as kids are out of the house now. I looked at the M4, Alfa, S5 and the corvette and and ended up with the F-type. All similarly priced but I just couldn't get over how the Jag looked and sounded. To this day I don't regret my decision at all.

Cheers.
I'm looking into an F-Type R, but I still have a grade schooler to drive around.
