I actually have both an 8.8 and a 10.25 touch screen that are meant to be the tablet-style-stick-out-of-the-dash (from f30 and x5). Trying to decide which to use, will probably make the call once i can power them both up.
If I don't like the sticking-out-of-dash look, i might see if I can get an 8.8 touchscreen from a mini (65506820386), since it looks like that can be mounted into the original CID frame *without* cracking the touchscreen.... but for now, there's about 2 of those in junked cars in the whole country...
