The help desk sat TREO are idiots.
I asked them where I should position the decal because our rain sensor takes up the whole space behind the mirror and I get this msg:

"Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for contacting TReO, the easy, electronic and efficient tolling system on the new Port Mann Bridge.

The decal goes under the stem of your rearview mirror in order to get picked up by the censor."

The instructions say 2" below the top of the windshield.
