Old topic... Need opinion on how bad (good) it is

Please tell me if I did bad (hopefully good)..
2009 335 E90 xDrive, Alpine White, Manual, Cold Package, 10k miles/3 years,
Cash upfront ~ 1800 (no downpayment, acquisition fee, some other cr&^p)..
Monthly payment $546 with CT taxes...
