I'm not a fan of bosch, but there doesn't seem to be much else we can use on your beemer. When ever i used bosch spark plugs in my previous e46 it ran horrible compared to when i used NGK spark plugs
While i'm at it which oil would be better to use
Castrol Syntec European Formula SAE 0W-30 ( which is almost impossible to find in canada)
Mobil 1 SAE 0W-40
Liqui Moly 5W-30

I would only use NGK or Bosch plugs. Others may fit properly but not perform well.
As for oil, I’m told that German oil has higher standards than USA oil. I use Pentosin synthetic. Liquid Moly is good too but hard to find where I live and it’s very pricey online.
