I have not imported the 6F FSC Code yet as I wanted to make sure I could get coding done first.
I added VO $655 and deleted $693 from CAS and FRM. Using this method:

In CAS > CIC I ONLY have 3 of the 8 SDARS and do not have:
SDARS
Nicht_AKTIV to change to AKTIV.
So trying to figure out if they are somewhere else, or if I need to manually enter the remaining 5, or if I am flat out doing it wrong.
