Easiest route is M3 dct diff, M3 driveshafts, and then a hybrid propshaft. There's a couple of ways to do the prop:

Slightly shortened full M3 prop with a 335i gearbox flange.

335i prop with shorter diff end, made from a M3 prop or as mentioned earlier on, one of a select few e38s or e39s.

If you want to swap in a whole M3 subframe, then it's a little bit trickier if you are keeping the 335i brakes. Custom toe arms are needed for the 335i hubs.
I think you mean "M3 dct diff, M3 half shafts(rear axles), and then a hybrid Driveshaft" right?
