I just did the same thing yesterday. I'm at 61k. I changed the belt, idler pulleys and tensioner along with coolant and P/S fluid.
I also found it pain to try lift the fan out and try to get that charge pipe off of the rubber mount that's attached to the fan. Since I also change my coolant and P/S fluid, I actually had the intercooler off so that made it a little easier. the intercooler was much easier to remove and reinstall than I thought it would be.
I also had a little oil i my charge pipe. I don't have a OCC though so I feel better that a little oil in the charge pipe is "normal" in these engines.
