19x8.5 (+35) is good
255/35/19 will not work. Its too wide. 245/35 would be better. And with the 8.5 you can do a 235/35 and your tire will still not be stretched

19x10.5 (+32) will put the RIM 1mm BEHIND the fender
285/30/19 will not work with the above wheel specs. If you want those wheel specs you will need to run a slightly stretched rear tire and maybe an extra .5 degree of negative camber. Maybe a 255/265 tire instead. If you want to run the 285 tire you would need a 10.5 wheel in offsets closer to +40mm
