You know, I've run just about every size/offset front wheel on the e90 (with height adjustable coilovers) getting it set up for the track and I can tell you right now you are rub city if you ever decide to drive it like a man.

Rolling the front only does so much. It's the lip where the bumper meets the fender that you have to deal with. No way that wont rub without crazy neg camber, even in 4x4 style like you have it.

Try it for a while then go check your wheel well liners for skid marks.
