Exclamation Counter Balancing Rear Suspension

Between hitting the track and spirit driving, I noticed that the rear passenger side tire rub (ate away) part of the fender liner. Both sides in the rear are set at the same height and dampening but it only happen on the passenger side. The issue normally occur when the tank is full or when I have more than one passenger leaving me to believe it's the weight of the gas tank causing my problem.

My question is, anyone set their dampening stiffer and/or ride height higher on the passenger side to offset the weight of gas tank?
