I've notice there is a post from the link you provided by bimmergeeks that back in july of this year they advertised of renting out their icoms.. I've shot them a email since they are located in Atlanta GA to see what I can do from there or if I can just mail them my CIC.
If some reason they do icom rentals, i'll send u a pm if I get it in hand.
